This Women's History Month, I had the opportunity to attend the @uscpolfuture Young Women's Leadership Conference. Surrounded by a group of amazing high school students from LA.
The conference had panel discussions led by some of the most influential women in their fields. We dove into topics surrounding leadership, empowerment, and how to make our mark on the world. The workshops provided us with practical tools to enhance our civic engagement and make a difference in our communities.

One of the highlights for me was the privilege to interview three remarkable women: Erin Ross CEO of Girls Inc. of Los Angeles; Melanie Mason, Senior Political Reporter at POLITICO; and Noelia Rodriguez, Chief of Staff at Metrolink. Conversing with these inspiring leaders, I gathered invaluable insights and top tips on navigating success as a woman in today’s world.
